MEMBERSHIP


  1. For anyone wishing to join the Group, he/she should be approved through an audition conducted by management committee passed at a meeting.
  2. Anyone who joins the Group should be willing to adhere to the rules of the Group.
  3. Every member must registered and verified through registration fee stated in the constitution.
  4. Where it is considered membership would be detrimental to the aims and activities of the Group, the management committee shall have the power to refuse membership, or may terminate or suspend the membership of any member by resolution passed at a meeting.
  5. Any member may resign his/her membership by providing the secretary with a written notice 2 weeks before the A.G.M.
  6. The registration and contribution are non-refundable.
  7. One to be noble to qualify to the management committee, should be elected by members in A.G.M and should have joined the Group at least 1 year.
  8. Once a leader is inactive, members have the mandate to have a vote of no-confidence to fill the gap in the A.G.M.
